How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Prior to the reservation deadline of March 17, 2017, contact Karyn Mayers at 732-918-1340.
After March 17th, contact Nancy Ciccosanti, 732-918-1340 x20.
What's the refund policy?
If you cancel your reservation prior to March 17th you will receive a full refund. After March 17th there are no refunds. Note that your reservation is transferable to another member up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, there are no tickets for the event. Your name will be listed on the sign in sheet at check in which is outside of the main doors of the Palladium Ballroom.
Can I update my registration information or move my seat?
Yes, you can update your registration and move to another available seat up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name must match or the person will not be allowed in. Note that you can change the name on your reservation up to 48 hours prior to the event as the reservation is transferable.
